Mortimer & Gausden Estate Agents

Some people love moving house, they love the thrill of finding their dream home and even enjoy the challenge of getting their existing property sold. However, we also know that some people hate the thought of moving, they dread the thought of having to have people around their house and worry about every possible scenario – even though generally, the ‘bad news stories’ rarely happen, particularly if everything is effectively managed.

We see our role as very important but equally very simple.

By instructing us to sell your home you can be sure we will work tirelessly to find you the BEST BUYER who is in the BEST POSITION TO PROCEED and who is willing to pay the BEST PRICE for your home We will also make sure that whoever buys your property is able to work in with your own TIMESCALES.

Our highly experienced sales team use all the latest technology combined with good old fashioned customer service to ensure that the very best outcome is achieved for each and every client.

As a long established Independent Estate Agency we are large enough to provide every service you might need but still small enough to truly care and know exactly what is going on at any one given time with your property sale or purchase.

But don’t just take our word for it, check out the reviews on our testimonial page or if you would like to have more information about our service, please feel free to call us for a chat on 01284 755526
