If you are thinking of moving but would like to wait until after Christmas and New Year, we have a plan!

We can get everything ready, well ahead of time - leaving you to enjoy the festive season, safe in the knowledge that everything is prepared and ready to be launched on January 4th 2022. This is a notable date, as it's the day that is predicted to be one of the busiest days on rightmove for the whole year!

We will accurately value your home, prepare a floor plan, promotional video, photography and full property details. This service is available now and our valuation advice is completely free of charge and without obligation.

We have now started work on giving our office a much-deserved makeover. We will still be open over the next few weeks but there will be some disruption while we make improvements. Works will include a new ceiling, air conditioning, stylish acoustic wood wall panelling, new lighting, new flooring and of course redecoration. We have smart new furniture arriving including desks, storage and a new client seating area. We are also upgrading our window displays and can't wait to show you the finished product. So please bear with us, as we work through the chaos that any worthwhile improvement tends to bring.

All work will be completed before Christmas which means we will be raring to go by the New Year. In the meantime you may on occasion find our office door locked - this is for health and safety reasons- but ring the doorbell and we will come out to see you

We are delighted that this new website has now gone live. It has much greater functionality than our previous site, which we know you will appreciate. There are lots of useful buttons to click on including those which can automatically work out the cost of Stamp Duty, and a handy ‘Directions’ tool which can take you door to door from your existing home to a possible new one.

We were very lucky to get permission to use this fantastic image of the Abbey Gate in Bury St. Edmunds for our site. It was taken by talented local photographer Nick Betson and you can see more of his work by clicking on the blue-button above the photograph
